1. Defined Deliverables & Workshop Access
Upon enrollment, the Client is granted access to the Nerd on Call Services workshop program. This
includes onboarding support, structured guidance, educational materials, strategic consulting, and availability of services such as web development, app development, social media management, animation, graphic design, photo editing, and video editing.
Workshop access is flexible and may be utilized at any time based on the Client’s schedule. The Client understands that access to the workshop, tools, and support constitutes full and valid delivery of services regardless of the level of participation or completion.
Failure to attend, engage, or utilize available services does not constitute non-delivery.
2. Payment Terms & Financial Obligation
The Client agrees to the full contract value of the selected workshop program. Any installment or
payment plan is provided solely as a convenience and does not divide the agreement into separate
obligations.
The Client remains fully responsible for the total balance regardless of usage, attendance, or early discontinuation. Each installment represents partial payment toward the total contract and is not tied to individual sessions or milestones.
2A. Installment Plan Commitment
If the Client elects to use a payment plan or installment option, the Client acknowledges and agrees that this selection is made solely for payment convenience and does not alter the total financial obligation.
By selecting a payment plan, the Client is committing to pay the full contract amount as
disclosed and agreed upon prior to payment authorization, regardless of usage, participation, or early discontinuation of services.
The Client understands that each installment represents a portion of the
total agreed price and is not tied to individual sessions, deliverables, or milestones. Failure to complete the program or utilize available services does not relieve the Client of the obligation to fulfill the remaining balance.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. Upon enrollment, Nerd on Call Services immediately allocates onboarding time, internal resources, support capacity, and access to proprietary materials. These allocations create immediate value and cannot be reversed, reassigned, or recovered. By enrolling, the
Client acknowledges and agrees that refunds are not available under any circumstances once access has been granted.
4. Resource Allocation & Value Delivery
Upon scheduling onboarding or receiving access credentials, the Company allocates personnel, tools, systems, and time specifically for the Client. This includes reserved capacity within the workshop, administrative setup, and support availability. These actions constitute active service delivery.
The Client’s decision not to utilize these resources does not negate the value provided.
5. Early Termination & Installment Responsibility
If the Client chooses to discontinue participation, the remaining balance may become immediately due.
Requests to stop future payments must be submitted in writing to finance@nerdoncallservices.com.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow cancellation of future installments as a courtesy;
however, this does not waive the Client’s financial obligation unless confirmed in writing.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for valid, authorized transactions. In the event of a
dispute, Nerd on Call Services reserves the right to provide this Agreement, proof of acceptance, and evidence of workshop access and resource allocation as proof of fulfillment.
