Launchpad is a 3-day intensive program led by leadership. During Launchpad, you will:
● Work on real client-based deliverables ● Receive live troubleshooting and direct feedback ● Collaborate with peers in real time ● Produce portfolio-ready work
This is where you transition from learning → execution.
Performance Incentive: If a client selects your deliverable after the workshop, → you will receive a bonus in your next payout
Important: Launchpad is not required for candidates who already demonstrate the necessary skill and experience. Qualified individuals may enter directly as a Nerd (Service Specialist).
Successful completion (or qualification) leads to: → Nerd status
