Welcome — we’re glad you’re joining the Nerd On Call Services Word Search Tournament! By signing below you agree to the following:

• Commitment to Attend — You agree to fully participate in the tournament and attend all required sessions and activities, unless an emergency prevents you from doing so.
• Housing Provided — Lodging for the tournament dates will be provided by the Organizer. Specific check‑in/out details will be given prior to the event.
• Transportation — You are responsible for your own travel to and from the Event. The Organizer may help coordinate carpooling options, but does not assume transportation responsibility or costs.
• Confidentiality — Tournament results, rankings, or standings may not be shared, posted, or released by participants before the official public announcement by Nerd On Call Services.
• Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy — Maintain respectful, sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Nerd On Call Services has zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, harassment, or discrimination of any kind. Violations may result in immediate removal and disqualification.
• Personal Responsibility & Damages — You are responsible for your own actions while at the Event. If you cause damage to property (including provided housing), you agree to be financially responsible for repair or replacement.
