NERD ON CALL SERVICES

Most people get stuck because learning and experience are separated: courses don’t translate into real projects, and jobs require experience you’re never given. Our system closes that gap by combining live, service-specific workshops with real client work and paid opportunities inside the Nerd Network. You can enroll in our Launchpad Program or apply directly to the Nerd Network, but all serious applicants must attend a required informational meeting before interviews are scheduled or invitations are confirmed. Launchpad applicants skip the interview phase and schedule orientation, then complete a live workshop where they build a real client project alongside an experienced Nerd—work that counts as legitimate, portfolio-ready experience and a meaningful first investment in their career in and outside of NOCS. Once the workshop is completed, they join the Nerd Network and gain access to paid remote projects of that same type, choose deadlines they know they can meet, and get paid bi-weekly based on completed work. Applicants who already have proven skills may be invited to interview and join the Nerd Network directly, bypassing workshops through an invite-only process. The entire path is designed as an equal investment in long-term career growth, blending skill-building, real experience, and paid opportunities into one clear, practical system.
