People find your business, but some disappear before they buy. Others buy once and never return. Where does the connection break?

An unclear next step, an unanswered question or a missed follow-up can leave people unsure what to do. Improving one page only helps so much if the rest of the experience feels disconnected.

Build with guidance

Map how people find, trust, choose, stay with and recommend a business. Identify gaps and use AI to organize feedback and explore improvements.

A journey map will not fix the business by itself. The value comes from making changes, checking what happens and continuing to improve.

Before you purchase

Refunds are available only for unused workshops. Request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not selected a date, or within 14 days of purchase if you have selected a date. Both windows start on the purchase date, not the date you schedule. Selecting a date after the first 14 days does not open a new refund window. Refund processing takes 45–90 business days. Send refund requests with your order details to support@nerdoncallservices.com.

Choose timing that works for you

The next cohort begins January 11, 2027. If you have a particular session in mind, choose it while seats are available. You can also choose dates later; the refund request window still begins on your purchase date.
